Kini Pathmanathan

Kini joined John Crane in January 2023 as Division Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for leading and deploying global human resources strategies across the division to support the business vision.

Prior to joining John Crane, Kini served as Vice President, Human Resources at Smiths Detection, a Smiths Group company. Kini previously worked at Thales where she held a number of senior human resources roles, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources for their UK business.

Kini received a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Queen Mary, University of London and a Master of Business Administration from Aston University.
