Celine Boland

Celine Boland is Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the company’s global finance function and all financial operations, and driving financial excellence across the organization.

Since joining John Crane in 2000, Celine has held several finance leadership roles including Finance Director at John Crane Ireland and Director, Global Financial Projects and M&A. Prior to her current position, Celine relocated to the divisional headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, in 2011, where she served as Global Finance Director supporting the division in driving global business performance, integrating business strategic planning and forecasting, supporting investments, including M&A and driving analytical excellence.

Prior to joining John Crane, Celine held various finance roles in privately held Irish companies and started her career in Chartered Accounting Practice. Celine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the Institute of Business and Accounting in Dublin, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
